Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of cotricsa.com and the purchase of ready-mix concrete through it, operated by Constructora y Triturados del Centro, S.A. de C.V. (COTRICSA), with offices at República de Chile #1108-A, Fracc. Las Américas, Aguascalientes, Mexico. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept what is described below.

Pricing

Published prices are in Mexican pesos and include delivery within the coverage radius at no additional haulage charge. VAT is itemized separately in the order summary and on the invoice.

  • Ready-mix concrete: price per cubic meter, according to the strength selected.
  • Minimum dispatch volume: 3 cubic meters. Smaller orders are billed as 3 m³, because production and transport costs for a single truck do not decrease proportionally.
  • Boom pumping: flat charge per event, regardless of hours used.

Prices are subject to change without notice. An online quote holds its price for 7 calendar days; after that a new one must be generated.

The volume calculator

The calculator estimates volume from the dimensions you enter, applying a 5% waste allowance and rounding up to the nearest half cubic meter. It is a guidance tool:

  • Final volume is the responsibility of whoever specifies it. It does not replace an engineer's calculation or the responsible designer's specification.
  • Selecting strength and slump is the responsibility of whoever specifies them, not COTRICSA.
  • Unused concrete is not refunded. It is produced specifically for your order and cannot be returned to inventory.

Orders and online payment

An order is confirmed when payment in full is credited. At that point COTRICSA reserves production and the truck for the agreed date, and that capacity is no longer available to other customers.

Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. COTRICSA does not store card data: that information is captured and held directly by the payment platform. Bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash payment at authorized locations are accepted, subject to the options available at the time of purchase.

Availability is subject to production and delivery capacity for the requested day. If the chosen date has no capacity, the system will not allow the order to be completed.

Delivery

Delivery requires adequate access for the mixer truck, firm maneuvering ground and crew ready to receive and place the material. Ensuring those conditions is the buyer's responsibility.

On-site waiting time beyond what was agreed may incur charges, which are communicated before being applied.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in our cancellation policy, which you must accept before completing payment and which forms an integral part of these terms.

Invoicing

The invoice is issued using the tax details you provide at the time of purchase. Ensuring they are correct is your responsibility. Corrections for mis-entered details are subject to the deadlines allowed by applicable tax law.

Catalog projects

The projects published were executed by COTRICSA as contractor or subcontractor as indicated on each record. Client and agency names are listed as evidence of track record and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or recommendation on their part. Contract numbers are not published on the site and are provided only upon formal request for tender processes.

Intellectual property

The logo, the COTRICSA name, the texts, the project photographs and the design of this site are the property of Constructora y Triturados del Centro, S.A. de C.V. You may view them and share their links, but not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Third-party links

The site includes links to Mercado Pago, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Site availability

We aim to keep the site continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend it temporarily for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

COTRICSA is responsible for the quality, volume and timeliness of the concrete supplied according to the order specification. It is not responsible for structural design, placement, curing or the construction outcome, which are the responsibility of the buyer and their technical staff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law where applicable. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Aguascalientes, Mexico, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a complaint with PROFECO.
