Constructora y Triturados del Centro, S.A. de C.V. (COTRICSA), with offices at República de Chile #1108-A, Fracc. Las Américas, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What we collect
We collect only the information you provide when you complete the contact form or the concrete quote request:
- Name and, if you provide it, company
- Email address and phone number
- Municipality or postal code of the job site
- The technical details you enter in the calculator: volume, strength, slump and required date
- The message you write to us
We do not collect sensitive personal data, we never request financial or banking information through this site, and we do not request information about minors.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Contact you and respond to your quote request or message
- Prepare pricing for the concrete supply or service you requested
- Follow up commercially while the project is active
- Meet tax and contractual obligations if an engagement is formalized
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and will not send you communications unrelated to your original enquiry.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it only in response to a duly founded request from a competent authority, or where it is indispensable to perform a contract you have entered into with us.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored on a private server under our control, with access restricted to authorized commercial and administrative staff. Data transmitted from this site is encrypted using HTTPS.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not result in an engagement are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted. Where a request results in a contract, data is retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it if inaccurate, to request its cancellation when you believe it is not needed for any of the stated purposes, and to object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacidad@cotricsa.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a way to reach you. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We store only the filters you select in the project catalog within the page address, so you can share or bookmark that view. That information is not stored on our server and is not linked to you.
Changes to this notice
Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
Authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may file a complaint with the competent Mexican federal data protection authority.
