Multi-section overlay paving and roadway maintenance including hydraulic pavement rehabilitation. Potable water, household connections and sewerage: excavation, installation of water and sanitary piping, manholes, valve boxes and backfill. Recycled-pavement recovery, box cuts, backfill, embankment and base forming, hydraulic and asphalt concrete.
